We’re excited about your visit to our beautiful part of the North Coast of NSW! If you have not stayed with us before, here’s a few things you need to know.
Check in time is 3pm, unless otherwise arranged.
For the majority of our properties, keys can be collected from our office at First National Real Estate Yamba, 1/19-21 Coldstream Street, Yamba. When your checking in times get close we will email you and SMS the after hours key collection details.
Final payment of your booking must be received 2 weeks before arrival. Keys will not be available to collect unless the property has been paid in full and our guest registration has been completed.
Prior to your arrival, you shall receive a simple online check-in link via email or SMS. This must be completed as a requirement of your stay.
During your stay, we shall place a pending charge against your credit card. Following your departure and once the property has been checked by housekeeping, this charge will be released. Should there be any damage to the property or where keys have been lost, the cost of repairs/replacement may be deducted from the security bond before release to you. In this case and before any charges are incurred, we shall contact you to discuss.
It is clearly stated on each property listing if the property is LINEN INCLUDED or LINEN NOT PROVIDED. Check out the 'What to bring' tab on our website for more on this.
The property you are visiting is professionally cleaned. If it doesn’t feel this way, let us know right away and we will check it out.
The property is part of a small community. Respect is the key.
