House could do with a refresh of some items to befit its great location. Oven and cooktop are tired and house would really benefit with block out curtains on some of the bedroom windows.

We had a lovely time, The house is so close to all you need for a great family holiday. Furniture and appliances all good. Well stocked in both top and bottom units. Beds were all good and plenty of privacy for everyone.

This is a great house for a beach holiday, so comfy and plenty of room for you and the family. Seperate kitchens which is ideal - Great for kids you can lock the foyer door and both the top and bottom unit are accessible. Would love to be here in the summer.

Seagrass Review

We have stayed in Seagrass for a number of years, but property is becoming tired and needs maintenance. Folding timber doors stick and LHS is locked and cannot be opened. Downstairs shower leaks. BBQ is very slow and burners need reviewed. Furniture is also dirty and worn. Could also do with some more homely touches and artwork. It is a shame to see the property decline as it is such a great position and we love staying there

Dont look any further - This a great property everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Seagrass House is great for large groups or two families with all necessary facilities on both levels of the property. Well laid out with plenty of space on both levels. Short walk to the beach, hotel & clubs and town centre.

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Yamba weather was extremely kind. Accomodation at Seagrass very comfortable. Only negative was that there was no hand soap in bathrooms.

Beautiful, spacious and modern home, with amazing ocean views, close to the beach and pub.

We loved our family get together at Seagrass House. Twelve of us were accommodated comfortably. The huge decks, overlooking the ocean and river entrance were brilliant. The house is large and spacious, allowing the adults and the children to enjoy the stay even when it was raining. The check-in was easy, the staff at Yamba Accommodation Centre were very friendly and helpful and we will all have fond memories of our stay.
